A Quiet Day, A Bit of Theatre & One Very Talented Collie šŸŽšŸ¾

It was a quieter day at The Dog House today, with Sherree out of the salon taking a well-earned break to watch her niece in her final performance of The Sound of Music — a very special day and definitely one worth stepping away for.

Holding the fort was Siobhan, who had Tia, the most beautiful merle CollieĀ with those absolutely piercing blue eyes that could stop you in your tracks. Tia is quite the character — she sings like a husky, will happily chew her way out of anythingĀ if not watched closely, and genuinely does not appear to have a limit when it comes to how many treats she believes she deserves.

Despite all of this, Tia was good as goldĀ for her groom today. She had a big de-shed and trim, leaving her looking (and feeling) much more comfortable — even if she did try to convince Siobhan that one more treat was absolutely necessary… and then another… and then maybe just one more for luck.

A calm, cosy day with a very entertaining doggo — sometimes the quieter days are just as lovely šŸ’œšŸ¶
